DIEPPE, N.B. — Like many municipalities across Canada, the City of Dieppe is facing housing challenges. Changes to garbage collection during the holiday season and tree pickup

The City of Dieppe wishes to advise residents of the following changes to regular garbage collection during the holiday season.
If your usual garbage day is Wednesday, your garbage will be picked up on the following days:
- Saturday, December 28, 2024, instead of Wednesday, December 25, 2024
- Saturday, January 4, 2025, instead of Wednesday, January 1, 2025
Please note: place your garbage at the curb at 6 p.m. on the night before pickup at the earliest, or by 4 a.m. on the pickup day at the latest.

Temporary work at the Champlain/Acadie intersection

The City of Dieppe wishes to advise motorists that traffic will be slowed down at the Champlain/Acadie intersection on Thursday evening, December 12.
These traffic changes are necessary to allow inspection work on underground pipes. In the event of bad weather, the work will be postponed to a later date.
The City regret any inconvenience this work may cause and appreciates your patience and collaboration.
Winter Parking Restrictions

The City of Dieppe wishes to advise residents that the winter parking restrictions are now in effect until March 31, 2025. The restrictions are in effect every day between midnight and 7 a.m., whether it’s snowing or not. Prohibiting curbside parking in winter is necessary to allow for safe and efficient snow removal.
During snowstorms, avoid parking on the street until the snow has been cleared. If you absolutely must park on the street, park only where permitted, parallel to and within 30 cm...
